How to make sourdough bread.

I love sourdough bread, but at £3.25 a loaf it makes it  pretty pricey. Especially as something that tastes so good gets wolfed down, in one breakfast sitting. The girls absolutely love sourdough bread.  And really enjoy stirring it each day and helping with the kneading.
